The Scout Den was moved onto the site by the Marlborough District Council in 1997. The buildings and land are leased from the council. We are responsible for keeping the Den in good condition and also the fences and trees in the area. We hold a Spring Cleaning Day and a Grounds Maintenance Day from time to time.

The Scout Den is available for hire to members, the whole building for $30 per session (morning, afternoon or evening).

Discounts for regular bookings and for members. Capacity: Ideal for groups of up to 40 people. Restrictions: No band practices. Parties: children’s parties only. Limited insurance. Use of kitchen permitted. No alcohol. Disabled access and toilet provided. Sufficient parking is normally available in front of the Den, please park considerately and don’t block the driveway.
