Cubs take part in a wide range of activities that are designed to be interesting and to challenge them. At the same time they have fun, adventure and make friends along the way. They do this through taking part in a programme of activities provided by the Leadership team such as: camping, playing games, trying new things and exploring the outdoors.
Every Cub Scout participates in an Award Scheme over a period of time. This ensures that all young people experience a quality programme covering a wide range of subjects. To help, the Award Scheme is divided into a number of cornerstones to ensure Cubs develop in all areas.
The following are the four cornerstones for Cub Scouts. As part of the Award Scheme, they will take part in activities from all the cornerstones regularly.
• Personal Development
• New Experiances
